As Your Association Manager

My success is based on consistently building outstanding relationships with Boards, homeowners and Contractors. My services include: attending and assisting Board meetings, Committee meetings and Owners meetings; guiding and assisting the Board in the performance of their duties; and maintaining the records of the Association. Physical Property Services include regular property inspections to ensure adherence to architectural standards and to verify contractor performance, bidding and negotiation of ongoing maintenance contracts as well as contracts for major repair, and replacement or enhancement projects. My experience is invaluable in supporting the Board in identifying community challenges and opportunities, and implementing the Board’s decisions in order to build community and to help maintain and enhance property values.

Personal Profile

Born and raised in Boise, Id. I wasn't sure what to expect when I moved to the Washington in the late 80's. I now have appreciation for rain and clouds and gray like I never thought possible. However, nothing prepared me for the majestic views of the Puget Sound and the various mountain ranges on a sunny day. I am very enthusiastic about matching the perfect home to my clients. Home is truly where the heart is.
